I had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the stunning breakfast options and the luxurious pools, but the restaurant service could definitely improve.

Had continuous issues with the leaking toilet, making for an annoying experience. The microwave's turntable wasn’t functioning and the shower hose came apart mid-shower, which was not ideal. the bar service at the pool was rather slow, making the wait for drinks longer than expected.

The staff's service was exceptional, especially the warm welcome and delightful gestures like the wine delivery. The facilities offered a fantastic experience, particularly the food at the restaurant.

Family with children delight

The views were simply breathtaking, ocean right there and the atmosphere was tranquil. Had an interesting encounter with the housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable after mentioning we had kids.

this place seemed lovely until i found dirty floors and a pool situation that was just sad. honestly, i almost thought about giving a good review, but i just couldn’t. oh, and the staff were simply rude, annoying to deal with—definitley not what i expected. a welcome gift would have been nice too, but i guess that’s asking too much.

the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of dishes. not enough sunbeds available.

The Capital Zimbali made our stay enjoyable with its fabulous facilities. The air-conditioned rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast selection was enormous and absolutely delicious, making it one of the best we've ever had!

The exit process at the gate could be frustrating.

I had a delightful stay at The Capital Zimbali, enjoying the incredible amenities like the Valley of the Pools and the top-notch spa treatments. The staff, especially in housekeeping, were attentive and ensured my comfort throughout my visit.

Loved the spacious Luxury Room with a fabulous kitchen, cozy sofa, and a huge balcony. The bathroom had a nice shower and lots of toiletries. The outdoor pools are amazing for chilling out. The spa facilities are top-notch with awesome beauty services. Everyone from the reception to the bar staff was super friendly!
